I have enjoyed reading what you have found so far. I believe I am related to the McAuliffe Clan.  My mother is Jeanette McAuliffe (nee Parnell), she is one of the daughters of "William Joseph Patrick McAuliffe" (Qld Australia), his father was Augustine McAuliffe (Qld Australia). My mothers brothers and sisters are Joan, Valerie, Kathleen, John Patrick, William and Noel McAuliffe all born QLD Australia.  If I am right I would dearly love to access pictures online of my family heritage  I would love to hear if you know of this side in QLD Australia.

I live next door to Patrick John MCAULIFFE's grand daughter.  He married Ellen Maud COLLINS and they died in Norseman and Kalgoorlie respectively.  Would be happy to give you more information about the WA side MCAULIFFE's as well...

Hi Lovely People
I am back online.  I had changed emails and finally got access to my account again.  Also been busy working with a new business as well    I was hoping to find out more information about my mothers side of the family MCAULIFFE from Queensland Australia.  Augustine McAuliffe was my great grandfather and Mary Louisa Oliver was my great grandmother. (my grandfather who died when my mother was 9 was William Joseph Patrick McAuliffe)

Would sincerely love memories and history for my 4 boys with photos, stories and history.  Much love and thanks.  Look forward to hearing from anyone connected.

Hi all, I am in Queensland.  August Achilles and Mary Ann were my 3rd great grandparents, John Florence McAuliffe and Mary Ann Achilles my 2nd, Dominick McAuliffe and Elizabeth Strang my great grandparents, and Leslie Dominic (Roy) McAuliffe and Lucinda Jane Bartels my grandparents. I am hoping to get back further with the Achilles. Nan always told me there was Greek in the family, but I haven't got any further back that the notation that August Achilles came from Braunschweig.  Anyone else have any more information on Achilles/Achilleas?
