Philliban ~ Stirling, Scotland

Don't know where to start....but this is not my family.  I was in a used bookshop, in Canada, and found a baby book, with the "family tree" page filled with the following names:

Baby's Name:  Elizabeth Catherine
            Birthdate: June 3, 1947

Father: William Colin
             Birthplace: Iroquois Falls, Ont.
             Date: Dec 18, 1921

Mother: Catherine McGowen Philliban
              Birthplace:  Stirling, Scotland
              Date:  Jan 14, 1923

Grandfather:    James Philliban
Grandmother:  Jean Park Philliban

I have tried searching the name Philliban in Scotland, and haven't found any, neither does this name appear in Canada.

Does anyone recognize the name Philliban, or can anyone suggest where I could look up this name.  It would be neat to return this baby book to the rightful owner.

I don't know that this helps any ... but ScotlandsPeople has the marriage of James Joseph Philliban and Jean Buchanan Park in Stirling in 1921.

If you do a google search on Philliban, it throws up quite a few people of this name in Canada, some with email addresses, perhaps some of them might know this family.

Just this week, I found that one of my relatives married into the Philliban family from Stirling.

I looked at the 1921 marriage cert for James Philiban who was married to Jean Park and it confirms his parentage.
My relative was married to his older brother, John Philliban.

On the marriage for this older brother, it states mother's name as Bridget Laughlan.
On James's it says Catherine Laughlan.
Address on both certs is the same and all previous census returns show mother's name as Bridget.

I can see James's emigration to Canada in 1921 and he gave  contact details for his his wife, Jean Park Philliban in Stirling.
