Very interesting. I have lots of family information from Switzerland. My family tree starts in 1545 with Kaspar Rüetschi...it's my mothers family.
So the name "Ruetschi" still exists in Australia!?

Thank you for replying. Do you know of Louis brother, Alfred. I have a photograph showing four generations. Alfred had a daughter Marli. How are you related ? If we are talking about the same family this is very exciting. Do you require any more information from myself to confirm we are both on the same track. I believe the Louis who married Mary, his father was Louis also and his wife was Verina. Are you able to shed more light on this?
