Can SKS please lookup in the 1871 census:

Isaac Darlow Head Married  born Renhold
Alice Darlow Wife Married born Renhold

and children, likely to be in Ravensden.

there's some Harlows & no Darlows at Renhold and/or Ravensden, Beds

James born abt 1846, this is probably him in Ravensden in 1881, could you look in 1871 please?

two doors down (or up ?) from the family is

Hi John,

That's the one, Lucy is his sister (the only girl and eldest child) and just for the record;
number nine son is registered as Nonas Walter (shown as Walter in the 1871 census).

If you are looking for extended family of the Bedford Harlows I believe from looking in to my own histoey the james harlow you are talking about here is my grandfathers second cousin
