Tracing Pub Landlords

Hello,

   I am trying to put together the last pieces of a large puzzle on my husbands family and need to find out who the Publican/Landlord was at the Barley Mow in Milford in 1919.
  The Pub is now owned by a company called "Innkeepers Fare".  Has anybody got any ideas how I could get this information?

I had been looking for records of the Kings Arms in Caernarvon as my Great Uncle ran that. I found the licence at the local records office and got a copy. Also the Trade Directories for those years helped me find out a bit more such as the years he ran it. The licence only covers two years.

So Records Office might be your best bet Hopton

Alfred Bough, licensee of the Barley Mow, Milford 1922

1905-1915 George Thomas Dickinson - previously at the Temperence Inn, Henderskelf, Yorkshire
1915-1919 Joseph Bertram Bullock - previously at the Railway Inn, Dorridge. Died age 46
1919-1920 Clement Thorley - from Burton on Trent
1920 Edward Rosan
1920-1925 Arthur Bough - then moved to the Eagle, Stafford.

The parent company owning the pub are Greene King whose HQ are in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Licensing Registers are in the Records Office in Stafford
