Farrows Limited

Does anyone have any information on this company which was part of the Fletton Mills. One of the directors was Robert John Foster according to the Peterborough Advertiser of 1st Sept 1917 in a death announcement for his son Lieut J C Foster.

Farrows factory was in Peterborough. 

It was in operation, as a fruit factory, until the 1970's I believe. 
My late father was a smallholder, and I recall as a child riding on his tractor with him into Farrows factory with a trailer full of strawberries!  Something that wouldn't be allowed nowadays.

It was located at the end of Fellowes Road, Peterborough. 

The site itself is about  a mile or so from my home, and I believe it is now completely redeveloped as a housing estate.
