Devil's Bridge

My 4x great grandfather was referred to in family anecdotes
as Durham of Devil's Bridge. I can find no record of him or any other Durham for that matter in the two well known Devil's Bridges at Aberystwyth or Kirby Lonsdale . Can anyone tell me if there are other Devil's Briidges I could research
His son Cornelius was married in London on 15 July 1800. I dont know if there were other children or if he had any brothers or sisters

I do not know of any other Devil's Bridges other than you have mentioned.

What is the earliest concrete evidence that you have about the Durham family ? Perhaps with some more details we can work from there.
