Parish Records

Does anyone know if the Parish Records of Christ Church,Spitalfields are available for purchase in some form.I know that the original burial registers from 1729-1859 containing the details of around 68,000 burials in the churchyard and vaults survive and hope that the registers of christenings and marriages do too.

You could try Pallot's marriage index which is available on Ancestry.

You could contact the East of London Family History Society with your enquiry. They may be able to point you in a direction. They do have a banns index, don't know about others.

Docklands ancestors www.parishreg.com will be publishing an index of baptisms 1819-1842.  It says coming soon.  May take a few months
