1841 Census - Waters Upton - HOWARD

Is there anyone with the 1841 Shropshire Census who could look up a William Howard (b.1812 - Saxmundham, Suffolk) and a Deborah Andrews (b. 1810 - Middleton, Suffolk) who were both living in Waters Upton in the Wellington registration district?
