Hi i was wondering if anybody could look up the 1861 Census for Langhom

I am looking for

Thomas John THOMASON BORN 1853 AT langholm hopefully he is still there as he got married in Castletown in Oct 1872 to Elixabeth Ann JOHNSTONE

your family is not transcribed as thomason in the 1861, they are transcribed as thomson.

robert...head...age 46...shoemaker...born canonbie
mary...wife...age 42...born canonbie
joseph...son...age 18...tailor
mary...dau...age 13
thomas...son...age 8
william...son...age 6
jane...dau...age 4
sarah...dau...age 2
james scott...boarder...age 1...born castleton, roxburgh

children all born langholm

the gap between joseph and mary may suggest that there is more children belonging to this family.
