1871 shows only 4 actual 'correct' spellings. This chap John could be the son of the George and Catherine shown previously in Laneast

1881 - John Snr is still a Police Constable in St Enoder, wife and Richard still at home.

John Jnr is in the City of London, Queenhythe ward - a Warehouseman in a large establishment.

Catherine is a Widow in Laneast ...

 :D  Thanks for all that. I need to read it all carefully and digest! I have some of it already. Anything in Lincolnshire is unrelated.
 I would like to check out if John and George are actually brothers, as John is listed as not born in county on the 1841.
The 1851 where George is described as being born 'Blackhawk' Devon is interesting. There is a Blackawton Quarm family, but haven't come across a George of the right age.
The victualler in Devon is not related, I have done a lot on that branch already.
