Lawlor Family. Do they come under Carlow?

On the wedding cert. of my G.Grandfather  William Lawlor  (1870) his place of residence is giving as Hacketstown.  Does this come under Carlow??  How would I find out what parish ,( R.C. )he would have lived in? When he married he was a 21yr old shoemaker  the same trade as his father John.... Many Thanks,     Bridget x

 Baptisms for Hacketstown from March 10th 1878-1879.
 Marriages "       "         "         " May9th-1878-1880
          are kept in the National Library of Ireland.
