Check your local library and if they don't have a copy ask to get it on interlibrary loan.
(There are no more details in the book).

Hi Pettsy

"Watch & Clockmakers of the British Isles  Birmingham" ISBN1 871252 008
(Heading on inside cover "Watch, Clock & Dialmakers of Birmingham [1547-1900]")

mentions Isaac Turner clock and watchmaker as follows:-
12 Temple St. 1841-4
10, Upper Temple St. 1845-8
4 Ann St. 1849-62
115 Brearley St. 1863-4

there is also a George Turner clockmaker:-
25 Horse Fair 1882-6
49 Vere St. 1882-8 (sic)
Alma St. 1886-8

Perhaps the curator of Clocks and Watches at The Thinktank Museum Birmingham can advise you on where to find any surviving records.
