Could some one kindly tell me if there is/was a electrol roll available for
searcing on the net for the year 1910 for Lancashire/Salford.
I would also like to know if there is a phone directory for that period and
able to be looked up on the net.

I would think the answer to both is "No". You might find them available to consult at the actual library of the area but even then I think not. Think of the space required to store 100 years of phone books!
I hear that some librarians will do small searches so if you have a specific query you might send it to the library.
