Do you have a copy of Thomas' marriage certificate - it should give his age, address and father's name/occupation. etc..

Do you have any idea when/where he was born?

The first step would be to try and locate him on the 1901 census -

Post everything that you know about him and somebody will try and locate him on the 1901 census.

Steve ............ do you have any more info?  Really need to know their ages/parents or something substantial ............. names just aren't enought to locate people in the census as you could well end up following the wrong line without realising it.

When/where did they died?  How old were they?  Did they have any brothers/sisters?

You say that Thomas was married in Leeds in 1911.  The certificate should show how old he was, address, occupation, name of his father, father's occupation.  You really need to get this if you haven't already or, if you already have it, just post ALL the information that is on it.

Best wishes

Apologies for the delay.
The information I have is very sketchy I have managed to locate my Great Grandfathers marriage certificate on the Yorkshire Birth deaths and Marriage site. I have requested a copy.
If details help, Cert No Marriage Certificate
 Leeds : CE44/H/7
SPOUSE PARTNER
SURNAME HANSLOW  SURNAME TEALL ANY OTHER SURNAME USED BEFORE THIS MARRIAGE

FORENAME(S) Thomas  FORENAME(S) Florence E
DATE OF MARRIAGE PLACE OF MARRIAGE
DAY
  MONTH
  YEAR
1910  NAME OF BUILDING, CHURCH OR REGISTER OFFICE AND LOCALITY
St George, Leeds

I believe that Thomas was around 24 at the time with a known brother George who was a couple of years younger.

Hopefully the marriage certificate may assist.
Many thanks
