looking for ggfther William Linton born 11879 to 1885 range in Antrim or Armagh town of Meghara.  Also gfther born 1910 Hugh Linton, Glascow, Scotland, in transit to Canada from Ireland.  Can anyone help?

Could the town be Maghera in County Londonderry?

An index for County Londonderry has the following births around the years you mention ( unfortunately the index only gives an indication of county not parish/town etc)....you could probably enquire about records via  the GRO in Belfast http://www.groni.gov.uk/index.htm or contact the Londonderry Genealogy Centre who provide a full search service for a fee, their details are
