Someone give mr this info:

PENBERTHY William 2 Bodriggy 22-Feb 1835

How can if find more about it? I would like to verify the parents name if possible. Where's Bodriggy anyway? Is that a district?

Do you know where this information came from?  There is an entry on the Cornish Burial Index for the same date, and probably the same individual at Phillack, Cornwall.

William PENBERTHY Aged 2 Date 22 Feb 1835 at Phillack

As this is prior to 1837 when civil registration began.  You will not be able to obtain a death certificate, and parish burial records often do not give much more information than age at death, though occasionally a helpful incumbent might mention a parents name.

There are 2 baptismal entries on the IGI that might be this William.

The first one is mine. I was always told there was 2 sons in the family, but both died as in there childhood (but I wouln't know for sure till I find more info). The second one must be the same one listed in the 1881 census.
