trying to trace details of a john Plimmer b 1829 wrockwardine wood
he does not appear in 1851 UK census
so i think he probally went to united states before that date (other possible might have died prior to 1851)
i found a john Plimmer and family in 1880 us census living in Le Salle Illinois. i can't make the connection with the john I'm looking for . both were born in 1829 are they two people or just one. can anyone help

I found the same John Plimmer you are speaking of in 1870 in the US in LaSalle IL.
