Was Richard a minister? If so, I may have found deaths of Richard & wife Catherine.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Have marriages for Edward, Harriet & Richard, death of mother Catherine, second marriage for Rev. Richard & then death of Rev. Richard.
Will take a little while to type them out and have to go out now but will send you a pm later tonight.

Hi Allison,
The Griffith's Valuation shows there are many HAMILTON's in Donegal with a large percentage from the Parish of Drumhome. However, if your Edward was a Minister there were two  Rev. Edw. HAMILTON's and both were from Parish of Dromhome with one from the location of Carrickbreeny and the other from Ballynakillew Mountain. There was also another Rev. Edw and he was from the Parish of Inver, location of Altcor.
