Hi Deany,
Just had a look up for you, if matthew was on the 51 census as 57 years old,
that would put his d,o,b as apporox 1794, I threw a few wildcards in the spelling to see what came out and found, as follows,
Cound registers,
3/apr/1796 Matthew s of William & Sarah Millichap bap,
13/ nov/ 1777, John millichap & Sarah Williams, mar,
