Elizabeth Yates - First Mayoress

I have a book I picked up with some others at a recent book fair called "Elizabeth Yates,the first lady Mayor in the British Empire" by Judith Devaliant.It looks to be an ex library book.
She was born Elizabeth Oman in Scotland,her Mother's name was Eleanor Lannigan from County Cork.Father George Oman from Caithness.
They came to NZ on the Berwick Castle in 1852.
If anyone here has a link to this family & would like the book,I would be happy to pass it on. (As a thankyou for all the help I've been given )
