this Masterson family lived in collinstown abt 1958.
 there only son born dec 1958.
 father michael, mother kathleen. i think kath passed away a few years back.

iam also trying to trace another masterson family last knowen area caven/ meath area. a thomas masterson married my dad's sister mollie geraghty.
 but also his neice Removed masterson married another brother Removed geraghty.they had ther first child out of wedlock. she is under the masterson surname.
this name has a strong conection to my fathers side of the  family.

I have Catherine Masterson b abt. 1815 Kilbride Meath Ireland, immigrated  to Australia 1841/2 aged 26.
Could this be the same Catherine?  She m. my gg-grandfather whose wife died on the same voyage and when she died aged 46 he didn't know her parents' names.

According to posters 2nd reply that Catherine Masterson lived in Dublin in the 1950s but yours was born about 1815 so obviously can't be the same person.
