Hi mayanbilly,

Griffiths Valuations which took place in Tyrone in 1851 list only one Menagh ...

Eliza Menagh, Moy, Clonfeacle. Tyrone

There weren't many Menaghs in Ireland at the time of the Valuations.

The others were in Armagh (1854), Derry (1858-9) and Down (1863-4).

Ann, Ballyhackamore, Holywood. Down
John, Ballynagarrick Upper, Tullylish. Down
James, Ballybeen, Comber. Down
Ellen, Blindgate St., Coleraine, Coleraine. Derry
William, Village of Poyntzpass, Bridge Street, Ballymore. Armagh
Sarah, Strabane Old Road, Derry, Clondermot. Derry

It's a long time since this question and you probably have solved your problem but if not your George Wilson Menagh was the son of George Menagh and Jane Cullen. This George had at least two brothers, Thomas Wilson Menagh and John Wilson Menagh. Their parents were John Menagh and Mary (Annie) Wilson. John was a "crane driver ?" and was also a church sexton. His son George, father of George Wilson Menagh was a church verger, probably the same church, he might also have been a teacher, a few of the family were teachers.
