1782 Parish Registers - Irvin

can anyone help with a 1782 lookup??
i am trying to find the parents of Andrew Irvin or Irwin.
he was born on may 11 or 14, 1782 in Ireland
he came to the u.s. between 1782 and 1810. he then married Sarah A Shepler in 1811, in Pennsylvania.
If anyone can help, please let me know
reminder: last name var. Irvine, Irving, Irwin, Erwin, etc.

I've just answered the same query on the Derry board where it gave Andrew born in Co. Derry. I now see that the same query has also been posted under Fermanagh, Down, etc.
As I mentioned, it will be difficult enough to find a 1700 baptismal record but if you don't even know the county you haven't much hope of getting the information.
