If your problem viewing is with the register of electors it can sometimes be the software that you have or your firewalls - what you are not seeing is a picture of the actual page in the register

You can go to the advanced search option and without a name type in the address an dyou will get a list of all the people at that address; bearing in mind there may have been separate accommodation rather than it being a family.
There were people named McShane, O'Brien, Donnelly and French as well as Richard Bowes at Cuffe Street

There is no record of a Clara Bowes that I can see but there are 5 other Richard Bowes
Kearney & Bourke/ Johns & Fox/ Mannion & Finan/ Donohoe & Curley
Byrne [Carthy], Keeffe/ Germaine, Butler/ McDermott, Giblin/ Lally, Dolan
Toole, Doran; Dowling, Grogan/ Reilly, Burke; Warren, Kidd [Lawless]/ Smith, Scally; Mangan, Rodgers/ Fahy, Calday; Staunton, Miller
Further generations:
Brophy Coleman Eathorn(e) Fahy Fitzpatrick Geraghty Haverty Keane Keogh Nowlan Rowe Walder

you need to download and install the DjVu viewer to be able to see the register images - see the help page on the Dublin Heritage website :
