Could anyone tell me which cemetery I could contact for burials for  any Lansdown /Bailey family from Pontypool/Pontypridd.



John Lansdown married Jane Tanner 1859 Pontypool

Jane Lannsdown died 1884, Pontypridd.age 44.

1871 cenus shows the address as Ton Street ,Clydach.Ystradgyfodwg
1881 census as 56 Ystrad Street Glamorgan
1901 census -parish Ystradyfodwg.

1898 Kate Lansdown married Arthur Bailey. Pontypridd
 Born : 1899 Walter Bailey
 Born :  abt 1901 Maude Bailey

 Any help welcomed

Hi Ann,

If John were living in Clydach at the time there's a good chance he was buried at either Treorchy or Trealaw cemetery.

If you contact Anthony Pritchard at Treorchy library, he's really helpful
