Carrall or carroll in kent

Hi, Does anyone have anything on

 Henry Thomas Carrall or
 Thomas Henry Carroll

this is the same person but differant spelling.

In 1845 Canterbury he was a clerk on his sons birth certificate his wife was Elizabeth (nee Burt).
In 1868 on his sons marriage certificate at Ramsgate he was still a clerk.

I want to find him on any census or perhaps anything to do with his occupation. Also his marriage to Elizabeth Burt before April 1845.      Any help or advice please.
