There's a marriage for Joseph Teasdale to Elizabeth Turnbull 1837 Dec Qu Longtown 25/103 

www.familysearch.org has a marriage for Robert Teasdale and Elizabeth Jackson 11th May 1809, Kirkby Stephen, then a baptism for Joseph 13 Aug 1809 with parents Robert Teasdale and Elizabeth Jackson at Kirkby Stephen, baptisms for Robert 1810, Mary 1812, Margaret 1815 and Anne 1819 - for the last two, the mother is shown only as Elizabeth, no maiden surname given. 

You'd really need to check all these with parish registers
