I have an original copy of the List of Passengers (mostly Emigrants from UK) on S.S. Strathaird leaving London 28th April 1959 for Australia, (Perth,Adelaide,Melbourne & Sydney)

I was wondering if you have the list for the name  Geoffrey Denis   Best  and Joan Florence Best(maiden hunt) with 10 children on board from the year 1959 0r the list passengers of 1969 be very- great full any help thank you

Sorry, no 'Best' Family on the passenger list for 28th April 1959.

Where are you up to with your research into your family history? Where are you doing your research? I am assuming that you are not in Australia yourself.

Give me some more details, happy to look through the Australian records for you.

Hello Alan, i am also looking for passenger lists. Do you have available the other pages of the manifest? Im looking for Templeton. My family is from the isle of man . They came to Australia aboard the Strathaird and i would love any info on the ship including pictures, menus or any souveniers... thankyou!!

I am helping my grandmother track down the passenger list and any other information from the strathaird ship leaving London on the 28th of april 1959. I would be so grateful if you could help me with any information and a copy of the list.
