Well all of this information is awesome. as I Have family in the Shetlands....
my grandfather was Peter John Robertson
his father was Peter John Robertson who lived in Shetlands but died in New Zealand

Daughter of #Robert Robertson and #Barbara Irvine
Had 2 children (Jane & Bruce), both born & died on Shetland Islands, Scotland. "Bruce" is a daughter.

Try the Bayanne Shetland genealogy web site. It has reams of information about Shetland folk.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Unfortunately most of the early baptism records in Shetland only record the father's name
