Where are these towns?

I am trying to trace where an ancestor was born in New Jersey, On one census in 1891 in the UK he is shown born in Greensville, N.J. but on the 1901 census it gives his birth place as Beverly, New Jersey, New York.   Are these two towns in the same area, and could these be one and the same persons with an error on exactly where born? Maureen

Denmark,

Greenville and Beverly NJ are about  70 miles apart.

It is possible that there was 1 person with an error on exactly where born.
