Plomas - your Arthur Chipperfield is not yet in the indexed parts of the 1871 census. it may be that a Norfolk FHS may have indexed this privately. However, his entry in the 1881 is interesting as it gives us his sister's christian name:

This looks like Arthur in the 1871 census
