A very useful site which covers more than just admissions.  It shows the diagnosis, length of stay, responsible doctor and result.  Patients come from what we now know as Greater London with a few from further a field.

You need to register to get the full results and there is a link to Wikepedia to help interpret the codes which classify the diseases.
