Does anyone know where I can obtain a crew list for HMS Racoon?

I am trying to confirm Thomas V Rayson aged 26 was amongst the 91 crew members who perished off the coast of Donegal.

Hi Fatfish

He is on the Chatham War Memorial for men lost at sea.

As he died on the day that the Rocoon sank it is a good probability he was on  her.
