The correct spelling I believe is Drumbuloge.

Here is a link to the 1901 census.

Forthfamily
I do not know the names of Philip McGee's other wives
The only data that I have is that there was a Mary McGee who married John Woods Bogagh Raphoe..  Mary was related to Philip McGee from his 1st or 2nd marriage, possibly granddaughter or ggrandaughter.  Mary and John had a daughter Elizabeth who married P.T. Mc Ginley( son of Susan Toner and Mickey beag McGinley.
This being the case it means that P.T and Elizabeth were related, may look something like below

        ( 1) or ( 2) marriage                          =              Philip Mc Gee  = ( 3 )  Mary McCarron

Mcgee                                                         Nancy Mcgee  =        Peter Toner

Mary McGee = John woods                                        Susan Toner  =        Mickey Beag McGinley

Elizabeth Woods = P.T. McGinley                                P.T.McGinley =        Elizabeth woods

Elliott Co.Derry, Ward Co.Derry, Quin Co.Down, Shanagher Co Roscommon,
Toner Co Donegal,

Haven't re-read through this thread so apologies if I'm repeating details already posted.

PRONI has details in their Will extracts but there might be family details listed in the actual Wills which would be available for viewing at PRONI- see www.proni.gov.uk

"Probate of the Will of The Reverend Peter M'Devitte late of Carrick County Donegal Parish Priest who died 25 October 1905 granted at Londonderry to The Reverend Christopher Cunningham and The Reverend Hugh M'Dwyer Catholic Curates."
"Probate of the Will of The Reverend Patrick McDevitt late of Raphoe County Donegal P. P. who died 2 September 1913 granted at Londonderry to William Kelly Solicitor and Neil Toner Victualler"
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

With reference to the Original Post,
I think P.T. McGinley is author and Senator Peadar Toner Mac Fhionnlaoich.

Wikipedia gives some info about his family - though you'd need to double-check everything in Wikipedia:

Sorry...for some reason I didn't get an email notice of your post:)

Peter Toner McGinley aka Peadar Mac Fhionnghaile aka  "Cu Uladh" which was his pen name.

He was a politician and a writer. He is related to me through the Toner family and is my 1st cousin 3x removed. His mother Susan Toner was the sister of my Great Great Grandfather Peter Toner.

He was a Senator as you have mentioned:)

    House: 3rd Seanad
Period: 07 September 1938 – 14 July 1943 (he died in 1942 while in office)
    Seats: 60
    Constituency: Nominated by the Taoiseach

    House: 2nd Seanad
    Period: 27 April 1938 – 22 July 1938
    Seats: 60
    Constituency: Nominated by the Taoiseach
