I am descended from the same James Grant and Marjory McPhail, through Alexander Grant.  I have connected with several other Grant descendants here in Canada and Scotland.  Our research and connections have expanded in the past couple of years, and we are planning a Grant reunion in the area of Ontario where Alexander Grant settled. Easiest thing to do is to have a look at our web page at http://www3.telus.net/public/nealfinn/index.htm and then contact one of us.
