Good news, perhaps: the NA catalogue entry for HO 2 suggests that access to parts of this series are currently disrupted - because they are being digitised. They may eventually appear on www.nationalarchives.gov/documentsonline

Hi Jorose,

I just want to let ya know that I contacted the Archives in November, when this collection was no longer listed as unavailable, and asked about it being digitalized.  They told me that they had a licensing agreement with Ancestry for a package of immigration records and that it would appear there at some point as early as spring 2009.  I await it's release and hope it has something.  ;)

On another note, do you know if any more directories have become available online for Middlesex late 1840s-1850s?

Thanks,
Cheryl  :)

Two of the four witnesses are related to the bride. Louis Bonaventure GOUJEON (his signature is GOUJON), propriétaire, 53 years old, uncle, and René DELAUNAY, commis à la préfecture, 58 years old, cousin.

A boy, Adolphe TOUZALIN, born in Angers in 1837 (19/JAN/1837). Declaration made by the maternal grandfather because the father is away for his business. Adolphe TOUZALIN junior died in Angers in 1879 (his mother is still alive). He was a single.
