there were various Robinsons in Calton between 1750 and 1959   see the book "Calton is my dwelling place"  by David Swinscoe

Have you added your surname interests to the Surnames Interest Table, here on Rootschat?

Scroll down to the bottom of any Rootschat page.
In the dark-brown box, underneath the heading "Your Tools", you will find a link to "Surname Interests".
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)
