william avis. b 3rd june 1774 m philadelphia falconer on 8th aug 1799.
philadelphia born 1763, buried 17th feb 1825 withyham.
william avis then remarried a mary weston on 5th march 1832, withyham.

william avis and mary quinall are my husbands ggggg grandparents.

the tree we have is our direct lineage only, going back to robert avys in 1535.

i apologise if i am supposed to document my own sources...i am not an avis...i have only married one and have only this info to go by..

Hi,
Sorry, I should have said welcome to rootschat.
It is just interesting to know why one baptism was accepted as correct.   If you have a private family tree then that adds an extra dimension and is most interesting.   If it is taken from a tree on the internet then it is helpful to know the source so it can be verified.
Andrea
