I am looking for a marriage for owen jones born 1853 and margaret jones born 1862 around rhyl, flintshire. I have their childrens names, Annie Jones no DOB, John Edward Jones 1883. Fanny 1887, Rebecca 1890, Margaret Ann 1897 and Robert 1900.

Are you sure that Margaret was a Jones ;) as there are a few alternatives on North Wales BMD but unfortuantely no Margaret Jones  :'(

I have Fanny Jones DOB as she was my Gran, and it states that her mothers name was Margaret Jones.

http://www.freebmd.org.uk has near 100% coverage for marriages 1880-1885 and although there are a few matches none are in the Rhyl area. The closest is probably Conway.

There is a possibility in 1884 of an Owen Jones to a Margaret Jones at Trelawnwyd, St Michael  (Marriage Certificate
 Flintshire (Mold) : C20/1/E117)
