Copy/paste the whole of the 1st line (notice how some browsers don't recognise the "_register1a.html" as part of the url )

Unfortunately the html routine was named with an embedded blank (after  gaol  ) which in the copy/paste used by Ricky was translated to "%20".
( Better to remove the blank altogether. Even better, never use "blanks" in urls. )
