Looking for information re John Mailey. Born approx 1910
Owner of Mailey's Garage in Raphoe until 1939 the garage is believed to have been the only garage there at that time.
1936 electoral role shows John Mailey married to Mary Isobella (Bella) McElhinney also from Raphoe.
The McElhinney family owned the William Street music shop and were also Carters in Raphoe at that time but both families ceased trading and left Raphoe in 1939 thought to have gone straight to England.
The McElhinney family were Bernard and Susan, children James, Elizabeth (Lizzie) and Mary Isobella (Bella) a younger son Anton was born after 1911.
Can anyone else connect to these two families?
