Any info on Nellie BAIRD and her family would be Great she was b 26 April 1883
All I have is her name as she married in to my BRYANT in Lelant Cornwall.

Cant find much out about her family or what part of Northumberland they came from.

Do you have the marriage certificate?  that would give us her father's name.

Why do you think the family were from Northumberland?

Hi this is all I have:

Nelly BAIRD m Job BRYANT in Halsetown parish church St Ives Cornwall on the 26 April 1883.

She was the daughter of John BAIRD and Jane ? and was born 1864 in Jerner Northumberland

Any info on this family and of Jerner would be brilliant

This may be them in 1861 but the name has been transcribed as Berrill and to tell the truth it is difficult to make out - could be Berrill

looks like Crofton, Civil Parish Cowpen Northumberland

our messages crossed- you did say she was born 26 April 1883 which was confusing initially - hence Mum's query too probably.

I can't see any relevant birth for Nellie. There is a Catherine Ellen in 1862 and perhaps a Mary E (Ellen? perhaps) but nothing yet.
