my granfather herbert payne was born 1902 enfield?  his parents were george payne and elizabeth leigh ant info on his parent`s  please as i cannot find anything on them.

Without their respective birthyears or birthplaces it will be difficult

You need a copy of their marriage cert to establish their ages at that time and their fathers names 

Alternatively - did Herbert have any older siblings that could help with a 1901 census search.  We need their names and birthplaces

This might be the marriage registration:

George Payne  June 1893    Bethnal Green 1c  381

One of the possible brides is an Elizabeth Lee (almost right surname)
