Here we go again .........  this grave was found in a churchyard in South Carolina ! .... I can't find this soldier ! ( unless he changed his name !!   )

William Henry Cory Born in Clapham, England May 2,1831 Survivor of the famous charge of the Light Brigade at Balaclava, Oct. 25, 1854. Served in Confederate Army 1862-1865 Died Jan. 29, 1893

Newington is about 2.5 miles from Clapham

I bet William is in the army for the 1861 .... the Crimean War was 1853–1856 ...... !

or in America .. Civil War 1861–1865 !!
