I have not been able to find the marriage records of James Thomson to Isabella Elisabeth Syme, 1815-1820 in Edinburgh (St. Cuthbert's Church) or Leith. Can someone help me. The 1841 census lists James, 55 years old and Isabella as 40. James may have been married earlier.
