Help! I have ascertained that my ancestor, Francis Giles, was married to a Mary Howe in Butley, Suffolk and their children were baptised in Woodbridge, Suffolk. From burial records there is only one Francis Giles buried in St Mary's Church, Woodbridge, but there is no record of a Francis Giles being born in Butley nor Woodbridge. He died at at 61 in 1817 which means he was born around 1756. From this information I have gleaned there was a Francis Giles born 1756 in Cratfield. Has anyone out there any idea how I could find out for sure that this is one and the same Francis Giles? Help much appreciated.
