Here is my transcript of the names of people who were left legacies in the will of Jane Armstrong spinster of Brampton, Cumberland. 1767.
It may be of use to someone, has anyone got connections or info on any of these people?

Ann Armstrong sister of Jane.
John Armstrong surgeon & apothecary of Brampton & Jane his wife.
Bell Wight of the parish of Dumfries (friend of Jane)
Elizabeth Bradley of coleman street London (friend of Jane)
Ann Warson (Goarson)? and John Warson? her husband of the parish of Brampton.
Ann Armstrong daughter of William Armstrong, Jane's father's half brother.
The brother of Ann Armstrong (named above)
James Armstrong of the parish of Graniay?
Mary Carruthers wife of William Carruthers Quarter master in the barracks of Dublin.
Robert Armstrong son of Jane's mother's youngest brother.
Mary Armstrong sister of the above Robert.
Mary widow of Richard Armstrong of Tun panhalf(k)?
John Armstrong of Tun panhalf(k)?
David Armstrong son of John Armstrong of Bowholm Canonby.
Christian Dixon daughter of John Armstrong of Bowholm Canonby.
Elizabeth Armstrong youngest daughter of John Armstrong of Bowholm Canonby.
Tamist? Armstrong sister of John Armstrong of Bowholm Canonby.

Hannah Booly of the Borks daughter of William Armstrong of Kirtletown.
Arthur Jennings of Blowbladder? street London. (friend of Jane)
Elizabeth Cork widow of James Sanderson of Mowbridge? (friend of Jane)
Mrs Moore, Mrs Martin and Miss Sanderson daughters of above.

Hi,
I just came across your post from long long ago while searching for some info on ....Mary Carruthers wife of William Carruthers Quarter master in the barracks of Dublin.....their daughter married my ggg-gpa William Magrath in Dublin in 1792.
I have some info on her siblings/parents if you would like to send me a personal message.  Many we can exchange info.
