help with birth/baptism

i am looking for the birth and baptism or mary horan - born 1834/1835 in county mayo. there is a strong possibility it would be in ballyshees/burriscarra r.c. parish. parents michael horan and ellen mcentire/mcintyre.

You can check LDS catalogue at www.familysearch.org (under place search) and see if they've microfilmed the church records and if so, do they cover the dates you need.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Just started to check directions and they've changed the layout so hope this works!
1. go to www.familysearch.org/eng/Library/FHL/frameset_library.asp
2. under 'library' tab at top click 'Family History Library Catalog'
3. first button is 'Place Search'
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

hi there, i found the library part on the site but the baptisms start 1839 and i need 1834/1835 do you have any other ideas that i could try.

Sounds like the church records are out then. Perhaps someone with more localised knowledge will know if there are any other sources that might help.

Hi, Just found a Baptism record for Mary Horan 1835 in South Mayo, Parents Initials Father P.H Mother C.H on www.mayoancestors.com. Could this be your Mary?
