Hello
Does anyone here do lookups at Edinburgh?
I have a death not showing up on ScotlandsPeople statutary deaths
I am looking for Nichol or Nigel Graham died between 1861 and 1881. Worked in Edinburgh Canongate and lived in Abbotshall Kirkcaldy. In the 1861 census he is Canongate and down as born 1806
I have tried every wildcard combination in the index with no luck. Spent a fortune so far. This is a last resort......begging  ???

I don`t know if you ever received a reply to this request but I looked it up anyway.

On April 2nd 1897 in the Parish of Westruther in the county of Berwick, Nichol Graham, retired Sawmiller, widower of Mary Tweedhope at age 87.

Son of Charles Graham, Road contractor and Margaret Edington'

Cause of death Gangrene of leg for 10 days.

Death registered by Charles Graham, nephew.
